We’ve all - as human beings - have dreams, goals, and intentions to change. Do yearly resolutions ring a bell? Problem is most of us find a hard time to move from intention to action. Most yearly resolutions end up becoming dust.

For companies and their managers, this problem is x10 times worse. Companies invest billions in trainings around the world for their employees to adopt new behaviours but change is either hard to get to or hard to measure.

So how do we bridge this gap? We use an important finding of behavioural change research: huge transformation happens with small actions implemented over time. This is almost like a miracle: forget having an epiphany, or making a huge leap, and simply focus on small actions you can and want to perform and repeat.

So we’ve developed an app that does just that: helps you perform the small actions that will get you to adopt your desired behaviour at work.
In our approach, we incorporate the 3 key ingredients of behaviour change. It’s called the “Behaviour = Motivation + Ability + Prompt equation”, and it has been developed by renowned Stanford Behavioral Change PhD, BJ Fogg.

Concretely, to get people to adopt new behavior, you need to give them
1) Motivation - this can come from an intrinsinc motivation (e.g. the desire to change and improve) or
2) Ability - an action that is possible and simple enough to perform
3) Prompt - a trigger that reminds of performing the action

Our app sends micro-actions that incorporate these 3 key ingredients.
1) We give you motivation by telling you why and how the action will help you achieve your desired goal
2) We develop concrete, simply understandable & specific actions
3) We prompt you to do it at a desired time (through reminders + an initial prompt inserted inside the micro-action)

All human beings are capable of change. And it is by changing ourselves that we can change the world (says Gandhi). Now you have a method for it.
